Who am I?
I am Pierre Hiller, and I have over 11 years of experience in Competitive Intelligence.
After getting my start in the field at Dell EMC, I joined Veeam in 2017 to rebuild their competitive intelligence function from scratch, and now lead the company's Competitive Intelligence strategy.
I am skilled at strategizing a competitive intelligence function, building it from scratch, scaling it to thousands of users, and making competitive intelligence strategic to a company.
I build competitive intelligence for a broad set of stakeholders, including Sales, Technical Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Management, Executives, Pricing Committees, and Channel Management.
Fun facts about me: I am French but do not like wine, I live near San Francisco, California, and run Les Gaulois, a community of 2,400+ French speakers.

My mission is to help competitive intelligence Professionals grow their expertise and become more strategic, by analyzing competitive intelligence concepts, processes, tools, and successful practitioners. So to foster competitive intelligence best practices.
